WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Kenny and I’m a Scrum Master and Project Manager with diverse experience across Cloud, Healthcare, Insurance, and Investing sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise in agile methodologies and digital project delivery. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science complemented by a minor in Marketing from Trent University, and a robust portfolio of certifications including Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Jira Admin, and SAFe 6.0, I am committed to driving innovation and excellence in every project I undertake.
My technical prowess encompasses a wide array of tools and platforms, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SQL, SCCM, Java, Python, AWS, and Azure. Equally proficient in soft skills, I excel in problem-solving, facilitation, organization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery excellence.
In my current role at Cloud Energy, I’ve been instrumental in spearheading agile transformations, resulting in notable improvements in project delivery times and feedback cycle reduction. By leveraging cloud technologies and ETL processes, I’ve successfully navigated project challenges, all while managing AOP budgets and fostering cross-departmental alignment.
Prior experiences at Express Scripts and Bombardier have honed my ability to manage complex software development projects, aligning technical requirements with strategic business objectives. Through orchestrating SAFe events and promoting open dialogue, I’ve fostered a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, driving tangible results in defect reduction and process efficiency.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply invested in community engagement and leadership. As Vice President of The Urithi Black Academic Mentorship Program, I’ve led initiatives to connect Black youth with educational opportunities, raising significant funds and enabling scholarships for deserving students.
